Therapeutic Day Camp for Children (9-12 years old) with Anxiety
The aim of this camp is to help your child become a Worry Warrior: someone who experiences anxiety/worries/compulsions and feels empowered to manage these difficult feelings, thoughts, and behaviors with skill, curiosity, and compassion.
This camp is appropriate for children ages 9-12 who are experiencing symptoms under the umbrella of anxiety, including generalized worries, separation anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, panic symptoms, rumination, and obsessive-compulsive behaviors.
